I can't still use Adobe Flash Player.

I downloaded Adobe Flash Player and ATI Catalyst Install Manager, and with it came McAfee Security and it uninstalled my Norton antivirus. I am not really happy with all this and I can't still use Adobe Flash Player, although it claims to be downloaded. What is with all this? Who can I trust?

Indeed, the Adobe Flash Player comes bundled with McAfee Security if you check that option. I would like to recommend you use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

Remove all the installed applications with Revo, and then visit Adobe page and download Flash Player, but make sure to uncheck the option to install McAfee.
