Why can't I download and watch videos from websites like Facebook? Videos from that website use Adobe Flash Player, right?

You will need to update the application you're using to save these videos because YouTube updated the way videos are delivered and played. Not even Internet Download Manager is able to download videos from YouTube due to latest restrictions. The latest version bypasses these restrictions.

Obtain the latest version of the software you're using then try to download videos again.
