Unfortunately, Myanmar-English Dictionary isn't available anymore because the official website is discontinued. This means that the application isn't officially supported for a 64bit operating system, but it doesn't mean you can't try installing it. If you still have the package, right click it then go to Properties > Compatibility and choose Windows XP. It should work this way, but if the installer isn't compatible with 64bit, then it will give you errors.
