I don't want Dell Webcam to open on startup.

Also, I don't see "Dell Webcam" or anything with the word "Webcam" in the list of Startup items when I go to msconfig -- so I don't know how to stop this from starting up every time I turn on my computer.

If you can't find the application in the Startup tab, then go to Start > All Programs > Startup. Most likely, the application is located in that folder as a shortcut. Delete the shortcut and it shouldn't start any more on your computer. Additionally, go to Start > Run > services.msc and look for Dell in the list. Right click it then Properties > Stop and disable.
