How do I uninstall it?

Or at least how do I get it to stop using the command for Save as to turn it on? I use the Save as command on other programs that I require, and when I click that, I get this thing recording.

You can try to uninstall this software by regular way. To do that, close all programs, open the application's folder, drag to the trash the icon of the program and then empty the trash.
