If you download a video using Bluestacks, you can access it by going to the Download folder. To do this, you will first need a file manager application. To obtain a download link for such application, I recommend you use the Android Informer's website. The default folder in which the data is downloaded in Bluestacks is /mnt/sdcard/Download. You can change this from the browser application that you are using.
