There is an application called BSTweaker. It allows you to set custom sharing folders for Bluestacks (regardless the version installed). You can download the application from the XDA Developers. Download the application, extract it and make sure the Bluestacks is running. On the lower-left area, add a new folder and name it. Choose a path on your computer, then apply the changes. In Bluestacks, use the file manager and navigate to Sdcard/bstfolder/Yourfolder. Copy the contents there and you should have the possibility to browse to that folder to access it and that's it.
