My daughter receives an "Error Code 110" message.

We purchased a Samsung Tablet 3 for my daughter and she is unable to download anything through Google Play Store. She receives an "Error Code 110" message. We have tried without success rebooting and emptying the cache folders. What can we do?

In order to fix the issue, open the device, navigate to Settings > Accounts & Sync > your google account, click the three dots menu and remove the Google Account. After that, add it again and the problem should be fixed. If not, navigate to Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset and perform a reset operation.
