There isn't any way to recover the password. In order to unlock your device, you can do a hard reset of the phone. By doing this, you will lose all your personal settings and the device will return to the factory settings(the way it was when you bought it). To do that, you can try to turn off your device, remove the battery and put it back in. Press and hold the Volume UP and the Power button until some settings appear on the screen. It is possible that the settings will be in Chinese. Use the Volume Up and Volume Down button to navigate and select the option with MMC in it. To select the option use the Home button.
