Card activation info.

I have used Tools Card Manager, and added a batch of cards, and automatically chosen to enable the cards and user numbers. I check the users if they're added and enabled, and then Tools Connect Download, but the cards show up as unrecognized. I need some advice, I have done some screenshots if you have an email for me to send them to.

You will have to recheck all the systems, because there is no known troubleshooting operation for this error. If you have the possibility, export all the content without settings and anything from the system, then reinstall the product. Once it has been reinstalled, use the available manual and proceed according to the instructions from the manual file and it should work. I am sure that you are missing an important step when you add the cards and because of that, you get unrecognized cards.
