It seems that there are many users who encountered this problem and the simplest fix is to actually factory reset the phone. To do this, power off the phone then press Volume Up, Volume Down And Power until the Android logo appears. Once the recovery menu loaded, select Wipe Data/Factory Reset while using the volume buttons and then Power button to confirm. Restart the phone and you should have access to it.
