How to allow mobile data on Samsung Galaxy Duos?

I already activated "data network mode" but it isn't working. I can't connect to the Internet. There's no up and down arrows icon at the top. There isn't any signal that it's connected to a 3G network.

First thing that you have to make sure regarding this problem, is that you are trying to connect to the Internet using the Sim card that has Internet traffic or money on it.
