When you connect the device to your computer, you should be able to see on its display several connection methods. Among them you should find MSC (Mass Storage Class). Just select it using the keys from the player and run the application. If you receive the following message, click Retry:
If you can't see the MSC mode among the options, try to restart the device. If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer.
