No profile photo to other users.

Question

I am using Viber (ver. 4.1.1) on a Samsung S4 mini. I am a fairly expert user. The problem is when I post a picture for my profile (whether selected from the gallery or taken with the camera) it appears only on my device and not on my contacts devices. The contacts (on their devices) have my number stored exactly the same way as I have entered it on Viber. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no luck. Apart of that Viber is working perfect. Any ideas?

It may take some time until your photo is visible to others because of the server update. In your case, simply change the picture and then perform a contacts refresh operation from the Contacts screen by pressing the menu button of the phone. The same operation needs to be done on other phones. Eventually, it should update itself, but it will take some time.
