Yes, it's possible to burn the application on a CD. I have checked its size and is somewhere around 77MB. You can burn it on a standard recordable CD. It will fit and there will also be space left. To download the application use the link posted below.

No, It is not possible to use the Free Philips viewer to burn a DICOM CD. It can however be used to view a DICOM cd. To burn to cd requires the fully licensed version of the CATH viewer or ECHO viewer from philips.
