This service was installed together with another application on your Android device. To get rid of its pop ups, you need to remove any recent application that you installed before this problem appears. After you did this, go to Task Manager (usually you can find it by long pressing the home button) and clear your device's RAM memory. You also need to go to Menu > Settings > Applications > All tab > and clear data and cache to all your browser applications. This might solve your problem.
