I have already notified your company of the cancellation and I already removed all (that I thought) software from my computer. Can you please help me?
Even if you uninstalled the software from your computer, it's possible that there are some left over rogue files. You could use AdwCleaner in order to scan your computer and remove any unwanted registry keys or toolbars in your system. You could also use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to be sure that you don't have any malware infection in your system.
