If you didn't use a cloud backup system for your documents on the computer that you lost, there is no way to recover your My Favorites bookmark. The Internet Explorer doesn't offer the possibility to store your bookmarks on a cloud platform, where you can use them, anytime you want. Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do.
