iRola 7" tablet and PalTalk installation.

Purchased a iRola DX752 tablet and wanted to install Paltalk for tablets. The tablet is running the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. Upon going to the Play Store, Paltalk is not listed. Paltalk doesn't even come up when you do a search in the Android apps section. Searching online for Paltalk for Android tablet, it says "Get it on Google Play". Once there it says that it's not compatible. Am I missing something or is there something else I need to do?

The name of the application listed on Google Play is Paltalk Video for Tablet Free. If the application does not come upon a search on the Play Store, it means that the tablet is not compatible with this application.
