To create a project using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, just open the program, go to File and select New Project. All the available types of projects that can be created using this program will be available in the window that just opened. If you are a new user, it's advised to use Google in order to find a tutorial about this program. Regarding this matter, you can also use the Help menu.
This is an old version of the Visual Studio application. That is also discontinued. It means that the developer isn't going to provide support for it or release any updates.
