Need to incorporate one software into another

I need to print prescriptions on my A4 pre-printed letterhead to give them to my patient. I am already using one software in my clinic with good results and I am satisfied, but I want to incorporate this software into it. Can it be done? I want my receptionist to enter new patient data or old patient follow-up and print prescription connected to my computer. I also want to add new medicines with potency and make some templates for various diseases. Can it be done?

According to the information found on its website, the software doesn't appear to be available for embedding into another software. The EasyClinic is a CRM application working as standalone (online or offline). There is no information related to adding other software to its working database as well.
