If you have the original code, simply uninstall it from your old system, then install it on the new one and input the activation code. I am absolutely sure it won't require online activation since the website for this product isn't available anymore.
On the new PC, you might need to run the installation as Administrator to prevent issues and enable the product to copy all the necessary files on the system partition. Simply right-click the setup package and choose Run as Administrator.
