A simple reboot won't solve this problem. If the connection is established through USB, then I recommend checking the drivers and the configuration ports. Most of these problems are related to communication ports and drivers. Go to Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and locate the drivers used for communication. Anything yellow in the Device Manager indicates there is a problem with a device. Right click it and select Update Driver, then follow the indications.
Secondly, start your apps and access the configuration options, then manually switch between the ports - until one responds correctly.
After this procedure, locate the setup package for CJ1W-PRM21 PROFIBUS DP-V1 Master CX-Server and reinstall it. Make sure that all other applications are closed during this time.
