Video Converter Ultimate; downloading and changing resolution

I am using Video Converter Ultimate. When I Add New Download > Save As > drop down button, I am able to select the format (I require MPEG-2), but defaults on Resolution are 1280x720 and I need 720x576. How do I change the output resolution? Will the Settings options appear in Download mode?

In Downloading mode there is no possibility to change the resolution. After you have downloaded the file, click the icon with the square to send it to Conversion window. After this process, click the Settings > Resolution. I have attached an image to see exactly how the operation should be done.
