One of the tools that can help you transform a VSP file to another format is Ulead VideoStudio. Go to this address http://ulead-videostudio.software.informer.com/ and download and install the application. After that, open it and go to the "Share" tab, select "Create Video File", hit on one of WMV templates, or MPEG and follow the instructions.
