REM is a file type used by Blackberry and the data it contains is related to images, so a REM file is basically an image file. You can only view it with an image viewer. Also, if you want to export it to something else you should first remove the encryption of the file by removing the encryption of the Media Card where the file is stored. In order to do that please follow this step : Go to Options >Media Card > Encrypt Media Files> No/None. If you have multiple files you can create a DVD with these image files with almost any DVD burner available.
