The program states that I don't have a license.

I do have the Tank Master software version 5 installed. But I am not able to install my FCU or any other devices. Also, I am not able to communicate with FBM. While starting the Tank Master, a message saying that I don't have a license appears. How to solve this issue?

If you have a license for your program, just activate it. If you don't have a license, you can obtain one by contacting the developer on the following mail address : sales.rtg@Emerson.com. You can also visit the official website, where additional information about the compatible devices is available, as well as a utility that can help you add devices to the program.
