I have a Yahoo account that does not come up when I try to retrieve my account. Two other Yahoo accounts come up but those are not the ones I'm looking for.
It's possible that the ID was deleted by Yahoo. Not some long time ago, Yahoo deleted all inactive accounts that were in an idle mode for a very long time. It's possible that your ID was between that time frame.
