I have downloaded the latest version of Viber, version 4. I'm having problems with the new feature, "hold and talk". When I press the 'hold and talk' button, it appears to be recording my voice; however, when I send the message, it is sent without any sound. I have an LG Optimus L7 II Dual smartphone. It has the Android OS. I can hear the voice message from my friend who has an Apple iPhone, but there is no sound on her phone, when she receives my voice message, nor is there any sound on mine from my message.
Does anybody have any idea how to correct this problem?
