The application is not working properly anymore.

The problem just started today. When I click on the camera icon to upload a saved image to my working area, nothing comes up and the icon is grayed out so it can't be clicked again. I was able to click on the binocular icon to find what I was looking for but I'm not able to see all of the designs in a folder and I can't remember what I named every design. Restarting the computer did not help. What can I do?

In order to fix the problem, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the software from the list and click Uninstall. After that, run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the utility again.
