Yes, according to numerous reports on various forums, it appears that version 6.2 of VIP Customizing is working just fine on 64bit versions of Windows. You can install the application normally, but the problem comes when drivers have to be installed as well. Based on the gathered data, there is no driver or a way to install them for USB Reader/Writer. If that is an important component for you, then you should know that it won't be available for usage and you should stick with the current version of Windows and architecture mode that you have installed on your PC.
