This is an IPTV camera which means you have the possibility to connect it to a DVR system or to a router to access it remotely. You can find DVRs and routers on your local IT shop or on the Internet. From the Internet, I recommend browsing Amazon or NewEgg to look for the required devices.
If you chose the DVR way, the camera is connected to a device. That device is also connected to PC through a cable. The DVR has an application that allows you to watch live streaming of the camera.
If you choose the router way, the camera is connected to an Access Point and configured to be access over the Interne through a browser or a compatible IPTV application.
