I upgraded my system to Windows 8.1 and I can't run The Print Shop Deluxe III anymore. Is there a free upgrade available to allow it to work?

No, there is a fee for all software upgrades. The latest version compatible with your operating system is The Print Shop Deluxe 3.5 and you need to get in touch with Broderbund Technical Support in order to upgrade it.
