This utility allows you to bypass the lock screen and reset/remove your screen lock password, PIN number or pattern. Its price is around 4.2 dollars and you can acquire it from Google Play Store. Alternatively, you will need to reset the tablet to factory default. Turn your tablet OFF and press the Volume Up + Power buttons until the Android logo pops up on the screen. Use the Volume buttons to navigate through the menu, select Wipe data/Factory reset and follow the on-screen steps.
