In order to set up your router, there are a few things that you need to check. Make sure that after you reset the Smartbro router, you connect the Ethernet cable to the device. After you did this, connect the router to your computer and make sure that you have selected to use dynamic IPs. To do this, go to Networks Adapters from Control Panel, right click and choose Properties on the network card that is connected with the router. In the new window that just opened, make sure the options Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically are selected. The next step is to connect to your router local address : 192.168.1.1. There, you should leave the username blank and input the password admin. On the router setup page, make the appropriate settings that will suit you and save them. By following these steps, you should have no problem in setting up your router.
