How can I create SIS or SISX file with this program, so I can use it on my Nokia C5-03?

Unfortunately, this application can create themes only for 40 Series Nokia devices. This means that you can create NTH files only. There is no way to create a compatible theme that you can use on your mentioned device.

You can have a look the Carbide.ui Theme Edition, that is an application which can create SIS and SISX files that can be used on your Nokia C5-03.
