This software is designed to run on Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista. You can try to run it on Windows 8 using Compatibility Troubleshooter. To do that, you need to swipe from the upper right corner, in the search bar type compatibility and open "Run programs made for previous Windows version" and follow the steps provided from there.
