I can't unlock one of my folders.

I can't unlock one of my folders. It doesn't appear in the locked folders list. Can you help?

If you can't see the folder in the list, press Lock/Unlock icon, check the Folder Locking option, click Next and add the folder again. After that, click Home and then Lock/Unlock. Select Folder Unlocking, click Next and check if the folder appears in the list. If it doesn't appear, try uninstalling the software. If these doesn't solve the problem, use the Live Chat option and ask for the FolderProtection utility. It will help you to unlock the folder that is not listed by SysTools Folder Key.
