Missing file of the program

I purchased my copy of Bass Tournament Log XL approx. a year and half ago. I had to replace my computer and was forced to use Windows 7. When I installed the program into the new operating system, I got the following message: 'COMPONENT "SMBUTTON.OCX" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid'. Since no discs were ever involved in this transaction, how will I get a remedy for this problem?

Try to search that missing files on the Internet and download it into your computer. If this solution does not yield results, I suggest you send an email to its developer and ask them if they can send you a new copy of your product that can work with Windows 7. Also there is no information that can assure you that this application doesn't work with Windows 7.
