In order to fix the problem, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Appearance > Display > Change screen saver and select None from the Screen Saver drop-down list. After that, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Edit Plan Settings and select Never from both displayed drop-down lists:

If the issue persists, download the latest version of LiveViewer application and configure the projector again using the instructions from the user guide that came with the device. Alternatively, contact the support team and ask for instructions.
