Right-click the picture, select Properties and click the General tab. Un-check the Read-only box next to Attributes, click Apply and then OK. This should fix your issue. Check the Microsoft forum for further details. Also, if the photo is protected by a watermark, you can remove it using an utility from Software Informer database.
