In order to solve the issue, try to perform a full system scan using your security program. If it doesn't help, go to Start, type cmd and open the utility using Administrator rights. After that, type sfc /scannow, press the Enter key and follow the on-screen instructions. If you still have issues, go to Start, type services.msc and open the utility.
