The website tells you to re-install the plug-in because you have installed it while the browsers were open. Download the plug-in again and make sure that when you install it, all the browsers are closed. If you have Google Chrome, you might need to force it to close if the Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed option is checked in settings.
