The first time you log-in into your account a message will pop-up trying to open a file. What you need to do is to use the Always Open Files of this Type when the file has been downloaded. Then click on the downloaded file and ignore the errors that will pop-up.
The next step is to enable the plug-in by typing into the address bar: chrome://plugins. From the list of the enabled plug-ins search for Citrix ICA Client and enable it and restart the browser. Next time you start the browser and log into your account, the application should work correctly.
