I am unable to see the phone system and can not understand Chinese.

Question

At first I was having problems with pulling up the tablet keyboard and it won't make me use it. I get notifications as certain processes had stopped. How can this be fixed? I need my phone tab badly.

You can use the official page where the manual is hosted on chapters. I have check the page and it's entirely in English language. Browse to the website then click on each green button. If you need additional assistance, scroll to the bottom of the page and use the phone number and the email address to get in touch with the developer/manufactuer.
