How do I know which process on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise eats 100% CPU every night for 5-10 minutes? I probably need to schedule the check somehow. Can you help me?

Here, the best solution is to use the Performance Monitor that is built in the OS. With it, you can create your own counters that can monitor the activity of your processes and processors and provide detailed logs. To open the service in your Windows version, go to Start > Run > type perfmon and hit Enter.
