Why are messages marked as SPAM going to my personal folder instead of Norton Spam folder?
Seems like you mark 'em for your mail server, not for Norton.
It depends on the mail service you're using. It seems that either the mail server is configured wrong or you're doing amiss. The easy fix is to select those mails individually and move them to the Norton Spam folder manually.
