Once you have changed the security code, then the only possibility to unlock it is through the Nokia Store because the unlock process requires a 3rd party hardware box custom made for these type of operations. The Nokia staff already has the required tools to do it. You need to visit them and in exchange for a small fee, the phone will be unlocked.
