This problem might be caused by several things. In order to fix it, you can open the File Manager that is usually found in Menu > Applications > Office > File Manager. Once you opened it, go to Options > Find > E: Mass memory > Root Folder and search for
.sisx. To fix the issue, you will need to mark and delete all files that start with
TMP like TMP3efa4.sisx. After you done this, you should be able to open and use the Ovi Store application.
