Try checking if the memory card is blocked. On a side of the card, you will find a sliding button. Make sure that it isn't on Lock. Also, you should try a different memory card. By doing this, you can check if the problem is with the card reader or the SD card. If you still can't use the card reader, try going to a specialized service for further troubleshooting.
